Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / CE Functional Consultant
FO or CE Functional consultants. Experience with Power Platform
🔹 Job Roles: Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / CE Functional Consultant
📌 Core Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / CE solutions
- Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
- Configure and implement standard functionalities within Dynamics modules
📌 Functional Expertise:
✅ Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO):
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
- Production / Planning (if applicable)
✅ Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE):
- Sales (Leads, Opportunities, Pipeline management)
- Customer Service (Case management, SLAs)
- Marketing automation
📌 Power Platform Responsibilities:
- Design and build solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (workflow automation)
- Power BI (dashboards and reporting)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Platform tools
- Automate business processes and improve user experience
📌 Implementation & Delivery:
- Participate in end-to-end implementation (Design → Build → Test → Deploy)
- Perform system configuration, UAT support, and end-user training
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Work with technical teams on integrations and customizations
📌 Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
- Ensure documentation of configurations and business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, QA)
- Follow best practices and governance standards
📌 Required Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO or CE
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
