Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable ERP solutions that align with business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O development, integrations, customizations, and system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Develop and maintain X++ customizations, extensions, workflows, and reports.
- Build and support integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Create SSRS reports, forms, classes, tables, and data entities.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide scalable solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and environment management.
- Ensure application performance, security, and coding best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) development.
- Hands-on expertise in X++ programming.
- Experience with Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SSRS reporting and Power Platform integrations.
- Experience with APIs, OData services, and custom integrations.
- Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and business processes.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience in Azure Cloud services
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in ERP implementation projects
