Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central role based in Bhubaneswar. The professional in this position will configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support various business processes, including finance, operations, and supply chain. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation, and providing user training and support. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Business Central with other systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. The individual will participate in ongoing system optimization, troubleshooting issues, and supporting upgrades and new feature deployments.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Process understanding, particularly in areas such as finance, operations, and supply chain within ERP environments.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with experience gathering requirements, advising stakeholders, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture skills relevant to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including system design, integration, and configuration.
- Candidates should possess practical Cloud Computing knowledge, especially in deploying, managing, and securing cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (implementation, customization, and support) or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Azure are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused culture.
