Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist at our Gurgaon office. The role involves overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Key responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes, designing end-to-end solution architecture, implementing cloud-based solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the application functionalities with business needs. The specialist will also provide troubleshooting, consulting, and user training as required.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to analyze workflows for optimization
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and Consulting for ERP implementations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with focus on Cloud Computing solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-departmental teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience working within the financial services sector or NBFCs is a plus
- Industry certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP systems are highly desirable
