Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Developer/Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development:
Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
Develop plugins, workflows, and custom entities using Power Platform, C#, and JavaScript.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems via APIs and middleware tools.
System Implementation and Deployment:
Lead CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and go-live support.
Provide technical guidance during upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with functional consultants, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintenance and Optimization:
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Training and Support:
Train end-users and provide ongoing support for CRM functionality.
Develop technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE) development and implementation.
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure integration services.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK and XRM tools.
Strong knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and security roles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or similar certifications.
Experience with AI Builder and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
