Experience: 5+ years total IT experience, with 2+ years in conversational AI and Power Platform technologies.
Role Summary:
We're looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to having hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio Development responsible for migrating enterprise digital assistants from Kore.ai to Microsoft Copilot Studio and guiding the implementation team. This is a technical, individual-contributor role focused on solution design, development, integrations, and technical leadership.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development.
• Experience building enterprise conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate for workflow orchestration and custom integrations
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise REST APIs, SQL databases, and backend systems.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Entra ID, and Key Vault.
• Experience integrating bots with Websites, Microsoft Teams, LINE, and Twilio SMS.
• Experience customizing website chat using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and code reviews for the development team.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on chatbot/conversational AI development experience, Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
Preferred:
• Experience with Azure AI Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry. • Experience developing Custom Connectors for Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Python, Power FX for integration and migration scenarios.
• Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform solutions.
• Experience migrating or modernizing chatbots from platforms such as Kore.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework is good to have.
