We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Consultant who can design, build, and scale custom AI copilots and deterministic AI agents for enterprise use cases.
This role goes beyond low-code chatbot building — you will architect production-grade, governed, and cost-efficient AI systems that integrate deeply with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, ERP, contact center, knowledge bases).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🧩 Copilot Studio & AI Agent Development
- Design and build custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Extend copilots with:
- Custom plugins / connectors
- API integrations
- Implement multi-turn conversational logic with guardrails
⚙️ Deterministic AI & Workflow Design
- Build deterministic AI agents for:
- Customer service workflows
- Case routing & resolution
- Knowledge retrieval
- Combine:
- Rule-based systems
- Decision trees
- AI-triggered workflows
- Ensure predictable, auditable outputs (not hallucination-prone)
🔗 Enterprise Integration
- Integrate Copilot Studio with:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Azure services (OpenAI, AI Search, Functions)
- Third-party systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
- Design event-driven and API-first architectures
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversational AI design
- Prompt engineering
- AI safety & guardrails
🔄 Power Platform & Integrations
- Strong experience with:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- API integrations (REST, webhooks)
🧩 Deterministic Systems
- Experience designing:
- Rule-based workflows
- Decision engines
- Hybrid AI + logic systems
🌍 Preferred Background
- 7+ years in:
- AI/ML engineering
- Enterprise application integration
- Conversational AI / chatbot platforms
- Experience working with global enterprise clients
