Job Description:
Drive Microsoft Azure commitment contracts (e.g., Azure consumption commitments/MACC) in partnership with Microsoft’s field teams, aligning cloud commitments with LTIMindtree-style professional services offerings.
•Build compelling business cases that quantify ROI/TCO and articulate qualitative transformation outcomes, covering license/subscription costs, one-time implementation, and ongoing maintenance & support.
•Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure—while co-selling with Microsoft and orchestrating internal solution, delivery, and finance stakeholders.
•Serve as a trusted advisor on Microsoft’s cloud portfolio, positioning services that accelerate consumption, modernization, data/AI, app transformation, and cloud operating model adoption.
Required Experience & Skills
•10–15 years in technology/services sales, with a strong record in cloud or IT services engagements.
•Minimum 3 - 4 years of recent and current experience in an Azure Partner Sales role.
•Proven experience working with hyperscalers or partner ecosystems (Microsoft required exposure; Microsoft co-sell experience strongly preferred).
•Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and related portfolio (infrastructure, data/AI, app modernization, migration, DevOps/FinOps, security & governance).
•Demonstrated ability to build and present business cases (financial models, ROI/TCO, value realization) and convert them into signed commitments.
•Proficiency in end-to-end deal management: discovery, solution alignment, pricing, proposal, negotiation, SOW/contracting, and handoff to delivery.
•Executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical and commercial constructs.
•CRM discipline (e.g., Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), accurate forecasting, and pipeline management.
