Role Summary
Microsoft 365 Security Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery workshops to define requirements for Insider Risk Management (IRM) use cases.
- Design and document up to 6 IRM policies and associated procedures based on Microsoft leading practices.
- Develop an enterprise sensitivity labeling strategy, including default, recommended, and auto-labeling.
- Pilot the labeling strategy for early adopters and partner with the DLP team to configure and test the new label policy.
- Conduct workshops to review expanded Sensitive Information Types (SITs) and model their impact on existing DLP policies.
- Assist with IRM alert analysis, recommend policy changes to mitigate false positives, and provide an enterprise rollout strategy.
