Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Microbiologist based in Sangli. The Microbiologist will be responsible for performing routine and advanced microbiological tasks, maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control and assurance processes, and contributing to the development and production of biofertilizer products. The role also involves recording and analyzing experimental data, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a high level of laboratory safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and handling Laboratory Equipment
- Strong expertise in Microbiology with a focus on microbial cultivation and identification
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Ability to accurately record and analyze scientific data
- Knowledge of biofertilizer production techniques is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively
