We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Microbiologists to join our team at the NeuMedia Plant in GIDC, Sanand. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in industrial microbiology and contribute to high-quality production processes in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
-Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
-Maintain sterile techniques and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) at all times
-Prepare culture media, reagents, and other laboratory materials as required
-Document test results and maintain accurate laboratory records and logs
-Support quality control and compliance activities under senior supervision
Who we're looking for
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior experience required
- Strong understanding of microbiological concepts and lab techniques
-Willingness to work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented plant environment
