Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microbiologist located in Dhar. The Microbiologist will be responsible for performing laboratory work, including operating and maintaining equipment, conducting microbiological analysis, and ensuring high standards of quality control and assurance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring production processes, maintaining sterile laboratory conditions, and performing tests and research to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and microbial cultivation
- Experience with Quality Control processes and ability to develop and implement quality protocols
- Hands-on knowledge of Laboratory Equipment and its maintenance
- Expertise in Microbiology techniques and methods
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices for manufacturing and product testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial microbiology, particularly in feed or agriculture, is an advantage
