Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microbiologist, located in Madurai North. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis, maintaining and operating laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to quality assurance practices, and implementing protocols to maintain product and process standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality control regulations and contribute to the development of new and improved procedures within the laboratory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microbiology, including microbial testing and analysis
- Strong Laboratory Skills, including precision in handling laboratory procedures and documentation
- Experience with operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure high standards of product testing
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance protocols to ensure regulatory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
