Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microbiologist located in Bengaluru. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and performing quality control and assurance tasks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Responsibilities also include analyzing samples, documenting findings, and adhering to all safety and industry standards in a diagnostic laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and handling Laboratory Equipment
• Strong expertise in Microbiology and related diagnostic techniques
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices in laboratory settings
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory guidelines in a laboratory environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically
• Previous experience in a NABL-accredited or similar diagnostic laboratory is a plus
