Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist, based in Palghar. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, supervising laboratory activities, and adhering to quality control and assurance standards. Key responsibilities include handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and contributing to the development and monitoring of microbiological processes. This role is integral to maintaining product quality and safety in our veterinary pharmaceutical operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, microbiological testing, and analytical methods
  • Experience in Quality Control processes, ensuring product compliance with guidelines and standards
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Equipment handling, calibration, and maintenance
  • Expertise in Microbiology, including microbial identification, sterility testing, and contamination control
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in laboratory practices
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or veterinary industry setting is an advantage
