🌱 About BioCare Division
Our BioCare Division focuses on innovative biological and sustainable agricultural solutions including bio fertilizers, bio pesticides, microbial formulations, and plant growth enhancement products. We are looking for a passionate Microbiologist to strengthen our research, production, and quality processes.
🌟 Role Overview
The Microbiologist will be responsible for microbial culture handling, product development support, quality testing, fermentation process monitoring, and maintaining laboratory standards for BioCare products.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle microbial culture isolation, maintenance, and preservation
• Conduct microbiological testing and contamination analysis
• Monitor fermentation and production processes
• Support development of bio fertilizers and bio pesticide formulations
• Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and documentation
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and R&D teams
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Perform stability testing and product validation
• Support new product development and process optimization
• Monitor raw material and finished product quality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in Bio Fertilizer / Bio Pesticide / Agrochemical industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of microbial cultures, fermentation, and laboratory processes
• Experience in bio formulations and quality testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Experience in handling bacterial and fungal cultures
• Knowledge of bio formulations and agricultural inputs
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and quality standards
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and testing procedures
