You'll leverage your expertise in project management workflows, documentation, and communication to train and refine AI systems using real-world project artifacts. Key Responsibilities: • Curate, organize, and annotate project management resources, including Gantt charts (image form), cost breakdowns, and proposal timelines, for AI training purposes. • Translate complex project documentation and communication threads into structured data sets. • Collaborate closely with data engineers and AI developers to provide high-quality, context-rich inputs. • Identify inconsistencies and gaps within source material and suggest improvements for more robust AI training. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members, ensuring clarity and alignment on project deliverables. • Document processes and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing and process optimization. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project and proposal information during AI model training.
