IT Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Leader to spearhead our project management initiatives from our Hyderabad office. This full-time on-site role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in IT Management, team leadership, and a passion for managing innovative technologies. Your mission will be to lead projects, improve processes, and ensure seamless communication within our teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes and promote effective communication. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress using project management tools. Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and compliance with industry standards. Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications Ideal candidate will have at least 6 or 7 and at most 10-12 years experience. Proven experience in IT project management and leadership roles. Consulting experience (client facing, high pressure, tight deadlines) is highly preferred. Experience in data management & analytics solution builds. Strong expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Hyderabad. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Proficient in project management software and tools.
