Healthcare Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Researcher to join our customer's team and play a central role in advancing innovative AI systems for healthcare. Leveraging your clinical, epidemiological, or public health expertise, you will create, interpret, and annotate medical content to support data-driven solutions while ensuring the highest standards of scientific communication. Key Responsibilities: Design, conduct, and document healthcare research methodologies to support AI model development and evaluation. Interpret and annotate medical content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical best practices. Create comprehensive question-and-answer pairs across diverse healthcare domains for AI training purposes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine data annotation protocols and improve data quality. Contribute subject matter expertise in clinical, epidemiological, or public health to inform project direction. Draft clear, effective scientific communications, including research summaries and project updates. Ensure all research outputs adhere to ethical standards and industry regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced degree in healthcare, medicine, public health, or a related scientific field. Demonstrated experience in healthcare research methodology and study design. Strong ability to interpret complex medical content with attention to detail. Proven expertise in scientific communication, both written and verbal. Experience creating or curating medical datasets or content for AI, ML, or healthcare platforms. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. Deep understanding of clinical, epidemiological, or public health concepts.
