Our team is seeking energetic Entry Level Java spring boot Developers and Junior Data Scientists who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Java-based applications using Spring Boot and modern frameworks. Assist in the creation and optimization of APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. Participate in data collection, cleansing, and processing for machine learning or analytics projects. Develop, test, and deploy scalable features using Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines. Contribute to peer reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across our technical teams. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in team collaborations and project updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fundamental knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or software programming principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills—your ability to articulate ideas matters. Familiarity with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, or cloud platforms such as AWS. For Data Science roles: exposure to Python, statistics, machine learning concepts, or data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow within the technology sector. Eligibility to work in the United States (all visa types and US citizens welcome). Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, Github, Kubernetes, or data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. Exposure to AI tools, Gen AI, LLM, Sagemaker, or Computer Vision projects. Interest in DevOps, full stack development, or advanced analytics.
