About the role
We are seeking an experienced Dart Developer to join our team as an AI Trainer. This part-time, remote role focuses on training AI models, where you will leverage your expertise in Dart programming to evaluate and improve AI model responses. With an emphasis on precision and quality, you will play a key role in ensuring our AI solutions are accurate, complete, and adhere to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of individual AI model responses, identifying areas of improvement and accuracy.
Perform side-by-side comparisons to assess which response better meets prompt requirements.
Identify code flaws, including logic errors, improper commenting, or code styling issues.
Review responses for correctness, accuracy, adherence to instructions, safety, and completeness.
Provide clear, unbiased feedback supported by evidence from the responses.
Maintain objectivity and avoid subjective biases during evaluations.
Communicate complex ideas and critiques with clarity and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Dart programming (5+ years of experience preferred).
C1 level of English proficiency or higher.
Proven experience with AI model training and response evaluation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve logic errors and code flaws.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale model evaluations and comparative analysis is a plus.
