- Lead the design and development of software applications using CICS JCL DB2 and Cobol to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance across platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the developed applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to improve efficiency.

- Possess strong expertise in CICS JCL DB2 and Cobol with a proven track record in software development.
- Demonstrate experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management as a valuable asset.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Showcase effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on software development.
