<li>Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items.</li>
<li>Manage cash register and process customer transactions accurately.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.</li>
<li>Engage with customers to enhance their experience and build loyalty.</li>
<li>Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience as a barista or cashier preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus.</li>
