Financial Controller - Education - Bien Hoa

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join a reputable education provider in Bien Hoa. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the overall management of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the leadership team in strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, and budgeting - Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other financial reports - Implement effective financial controls and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks - Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making - Manage the finance team and mentor junior staff - Liaise with external auditors and government authorities as required To be successful in this role, you will need: - Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent - 8+ years of relevant experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in the education industry - Excellent accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and people management skills - Fluent in English both written and verbal - Experience with ERP systems is preferred - Proven track record of delivering value to the business through financial insights and strategic support.
