About the role

Data analytics based identification of user cohorts which have higher likelihood to convert, and drive conversions through effective communication and offers/discounts for the Tunes Subscription product. * Define effective communication strategy based on user behaviour on platform and deploy recency, frequency and monetary value based optimizations. * Drive various internal marketing campaigns across in-app ads, SMS, PNS, Whatsapp etc to acquire/engage/reactivate the subscribers as well create strategies to upsell/upgrade the subscribers * Partnering with the creative teams to advise on compelling ad copies (Images & content) for various social media platforms and in-app communication campaigns § Measuring, analysis and reporting performance of campaigns at a cohort level and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
