Our client, a leading consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Head of Talent to lead their talent acquisition and management function. As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Key responsibilities include:- Developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent- Managing and leading the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes- Identifying and implementing best practices in talent management, including onboarding, performance management, and learning and development- Partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic talent solutions- Leveraging data and analytics to make informed talent decisions and optimize talent processes- Driving employer branding and employee engagement initiatives- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
