About the role

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition function. This includes strategizing, planning, and executing innovative recruitment solutions to build a diverse and high-performing workforce. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy to support the company's growth and business objectives - Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates - Building and managing a team of recruitment professionals to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition processes - Collaborating with business leaders to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions - Implementing and continuously improving recruitment KPIs, systems, and technologies to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency - Fostering a strong employer brand and promoting the company's value proposition to attract top talent - Analyzing recruitment data and providing strategic insights to inform workforce planning and talent management initiatives - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition
