Collection Head- Delhi/NCR

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall collection process and operations for the business. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the overall collection process and operations for the business. - Achieve monthly/quarterly collection targets. - Ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments and minimise delays. - Track and monitor the collection cycle and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). - Develop and implement collection strategies to optimise cash flow. - Coordinate with the finance team and other stakeholders to drive effective collections. - Analyse collection data and provide insights to the management. - Manage a team of collection executives and provide effective leadership. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
