CISO - Insurance Organization

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our dynamic Insurance Organization based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall information security strategy, policies, and programs to protect the organization's critical assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard the organization's data, systems, and infrastructure. - Manage and oversee the implementation of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access controls, and data encryption. - Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to information security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to align security initiatives with organizational goals. - Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the executive leadership team on cybersecurity matters. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and continuously enhance the organization's security posture. - Manage and lead the information security team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
