Head - Investment Research and Investor Relations

Investment Research Lead the investment research function to produce detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, sectoral insights, and valuation models. Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and translate them into investor-relevant content. Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and global macro indicators impacting the business. Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investor queries. Investor Relations Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with the company's vision, financial goals, and growth plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies. Prepare quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and FAQs. Organize and manage investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls. Monitor market perception, shareholder sentiment, and analyst coverage; provide feedback to leadership. Strategic Leadership Advise the C-suite on capital markets strategy, investor positioning, and communication. Work closely with finance, strategy, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistency and compliance in messaging. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts and IR professionals.
