About the role

This is a founding Customer Success role for a high growth SaaS firm. It is a Individual contributor role and is 5-days WFO role based out of Bangalore. End-to-end relationship management for high-value accounts (Avg ACV > $20K). Own and improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Partner with customers to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success. Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to improve processes, customer experience, and account outcomes. Identify and act on white space opportunities to unlock upsells and new use cases. Contribute to building a scalable CSM function: playbooks, training, performance metrics, and coaching programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation. Conduct regular check-ins to review performance, adoption, and opportunities. Understand customer goals and challenges to shape tailored success plans. Track customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively manage risk. Drive renewals and expansions through ongoing value delivery.
