About the role

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Recruit, train, and motivate team members while developing effective sales playbooks and strategies. Drive pipeline growth through outreach, webinars, and events. Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to technology buyers and C-level executives. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Track and analyze sales metrics and feedback to inform strategy. Set and monitor OKRs and KRAs for the team and individuals.
