About the role
The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation is seeking an Associate to join our Jobs and Livelihoods team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of the foundation's Jobs and Livelihoods portfolio. This will include conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of grantee organizations and initiatives, as well as contributing to the design and execution of new strategies and programs. You will also play a key role in assessing proposals, monitoring grants, and facilitating relationships with grantees and other partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economic development, workforce development, or a related field, as well as excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in the non-profit or philanthropic sector is highly desirable.
