Role Description
The MICE Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon. The position involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions segment. The role requires strategizing and executing sales plans, managing client inquiries, devising tailored event proposals, and maintaining partnerships with vendors and suppliers. The MICE Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitors, ensuring that company offerings remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Knowledge of MICE industry operations, event management, and travel services
- Strategic thinking, market research, and the ability to identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in managing events, including vendor coordination and logistics planning
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead client-focused interactions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
