Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager – MICE Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of corporate events and group travel programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and develop new MICE business opportunities (corporate clients)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Able to achieve given targets and deadlines
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction and repeat business
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in MICE sales or corporate travel/events
- Strong network with corporate clients is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:- Quick Learner about destination knowledge (domestic & international MICE destinations)
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Leadership and team-handling capabilities
