Role Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the Corporate Sales – MICE profile with strong corporate connections and excellent destination knowledge. The candidate should have proven experience in acquiring and managing corporate clients for MICE groups, corporate travel, ticketing, and events, along with operational understanding of end-to-end group handling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and generating business for MICE groups, corporate travel, conferences, incentives, and events
* Bringing and managing existing corporate client relationships and business opportunities
* Identifying new corporate clients and expanding the company’s MICE business portfolio
* Handling complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and execution coordination
* Preparing customized itineraries, presentations, and proposals for clients
* Strong destination knowledge for domestic and international MICE movements
* Coordination with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transporters, and event vendors
* Managing costing, negotiations, and client servicing for corporate groups
* Coordinating with operations team for smooth execution of events and group movements
* Handling corporate ticketing requirements and travel solutions for clients
* Conducting client meetings, presentations, and relationship management activities
* Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for MICE and corporate travel business
Desired Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of relevant experience in Corporate MICE Sales / Corporate Travel Sales
* Strong network of corporate clients and business generation capability
* Experience in handling MICE groups, corporate events, incentives, and conferences
* Good understanding of itinerary planning and MICE operations
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to independently handle clients and close business deals
* Strong destination knowledge for domestic and international travel
* Experience in coordination with DMCs and travel partners preferred
