About Us
BAI Infosolutions is a leading travel-tech organization managing multiple brands that cater to corporate travel, MICE, and fleet operations. We specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions including accommodation, transportation, meetings, conferences, incentive travel, and corporate events.
We’re looking for a MICE Executive to join our MICE Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event management and corporate travel, and eager to grow in the dynamic MICE industry.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 MICE Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage end-to-end MICE programs, including travel, accommodation, venues, activities, and logistics
- Customize MICE packages aligned with client objectives, budgets, and event requirements
🔹 Client Communication & Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries
- Provide timely, accurate, and detailed information on MICE solutions
🔹 Event Coordination & Operations
- Support on-ground execution of events from planning to completion
- Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges efficiently
🔹 Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, event vendors, and destination partners
- Ensure quality service delivery and smooth coordination
🔹 Sales & Business Support
- Assist the sales team with proposals, presentations, and pricing
- Support MICE service promotions and business development efforts
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Support new client acquisition through networking and referrals
Requirements
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Understanding of MICE destinations, venues, and industry trends
✔ Creative approach to designing engaging MICE programs
✔ Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, travel booking systems, and event planning tools
Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
💼 1–2 years of experience in travel, MICE, corporate travel, or event management
