Role Description
The MICE Contracting role at 3B Tourism India Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include negotiating and finalizing contracts with hotels, venues, and event service providers to support corporate MICE activities. The candidate will research and analyze market trends, maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure competitive pricing, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of corporate events and programs.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with experience in contracting hotels and event venues
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify competitive opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Knowledge of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) domain is highly desirable
- Prior experience in event planning, corporate travel, or hospitality management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is preferred
