Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MICE Client Servicing Manager located in Mumbai. The role includes managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the smooth execution of events. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, liaising with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations, addressing client queries, and working to enhance customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations to maintain and build strong relationships with customers
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service to address client needs and deliver exceptional experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in MICE industry or event management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
