Join our Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC) team and gain hands-on experience in healthcare communication, case management, and patient support while working in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle interactions with patients and healthcare professionals professionally, accurately, and empathetically.
• Conduct follow-up calls to obtain relevant information and support timely case closure.
• Accurately document all interactions within internal systems to ensure complete and compliant records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless query resolution and customer experience.
• Adhere to established SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by following best practices and supporting team objectives.
Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm D
- B.Sc Life Sciences
- M.Sc Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Other Healthcare-related disciplines
