Job brief: Region business head: Retail Agency Key Responsibilities : Acquisition of New Business The ideal prospect will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor sales. Responsible for working with the team and driving a strong performance-oriented sales culture. Develop and drive a profitable business for their respective region/location and expected to meet or exceed the revenue targets within the region/location. Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans. Ensure recruitment budgets for the team are achieved. Building a retail insurance book through new acquisition /retention. Building team and ensuring their POS recruitment and production targets are achieved. Should have an understating of broking business.
