So, what’s the job?
- You'll reconcile client bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- You'll control cash flow within client accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available at all times for premium and commission payments.
- You'll process payments to policyholders and underwriters in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- You'll prepare and distribute monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) in accordance with reporting deadlines.
- You'll respond to enquiries from underwriters, internal functions, and other business stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to escalate float shortages and other issues as required.
- You'll work closely with payment providers to ensure agreed service standards are maintained.
- You'll prepare and distribute monthly Management Information (MI) dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
- You'll produce ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
