Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical and data engineering solutions.
• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and ML techniques.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production using MLOps practices.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models to production.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data visualization.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect).
• Knowledge of NLP, time-series forecasting, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with FastAPI/Flask, streaming data (Kafka/PubSub), or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices.
