Supported by a team of skilled practitioners specializing in Clinical, Counselling, and Child Psychology, we provide services for individuals, couples, and families navigating diverse psychological challenges. Beyond therapy, we provide a range of well-being and training programs for corporate employees, management leaders, educators, aspiring psychologists, social workers, and mental health professionals.
Role Description
As we keep expanding ourselves at Karma Care beyond therapy. A part of it now unfolds in meeting rooms, during event chaos, inside spreadsheets, impact documents and in the consistent process of turning ideas into meaningful programs. This role is designed to offer structured, hands-on exposure to how a mental health organisation functions in real time. You will collaborate closely with our team of psychologists across training programs, organisational wellbeing initiatives, and institutional partnerships.
Details:
5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are working)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Mode - In-office at Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
Eligibility: Completed Bachelors degree (Preference: Psychology)
Ideal for individuals in a gap year who have completed their Bachelor and are interested in I/O Psychology
Note: This is not a counselling/therapy position
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (post probation)
Responsibilities:
-Execution of Employee Mental Health & Wellbeing Programs
-Participation in marketing strategy discussions and outreach planning
-Collaboration with the social media team when required
-Administrative coordination and documentation processes
-Planning and on-ground execution of mental health events and workshops
-Co-design and development of psychology training programs
