Role: Asst. Manager / Manager

Handle L2/L3 IT infrastructure support and CSV support for GxP - regulated systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2/L3 support for Windows servers, AD, VMware, network
• User access management, audit trails, backups, patching
• Coordinate with QA, QC, vendors; support audits

Requirements:

• 4–8 years IT infra experience
• Mandatory pharma / GxP exposure
• CSV awareness and documentation mindset
