Key Responsibilities
Own the D365 functional and technical roadmap aligned to business priorities and peak-season readiness
Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts / Technical Analysts
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Drive AI-led transformation initiatives
Govern process design, configuration, and customizations to protect platform stability and upgradeability
Oversee UAT, releases, and production support, ensuring minimal disruption during high-volume periods
Drive functional stability and incident resolution, including root cause analysis for recurring issues
Ensure financial and operational controls, audit readiness, and data integrity
Manage system integrators and vendors, ensuring quality and accountability
Skills, Tools & Experience
8–12+ years of ERP functional and technical experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and/or SCM)
Proven experience leading functional and technical teams in retail, eCommerce, or high-transaction environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Finance)
Working knowledge of D365 integrations, reporting (Power BI or any other), and data reconciliation
Led automations leveraging power automate and implemented user apps using power apps
Demonstrates great Leadership qualities
Ability to balance speed, scalability, and controls with a product-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and process optimisations skills
Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communications skills
Exceptional ability to prioritise, respond quickly, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a methodical and effective manner
Exceptional ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environment co-operating across multiple functions
Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
