The Role
This role exists to make sure work actually gets done.
You will take projects from idea to done—turning direction into clear plans, aligning teams, and pushing execution forward across the business. This role sits at the center of operations and keeps momentum high across product, operations, marketing, sales, compliance, and external partners.
This is not a coordination role. This is an execution role.
When this role is working, the business moves faster with fewer gaps. When it’s not, things stall.
What You’ll Own

What You Bring
- 3+ years running projects in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and execution still happens
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once without losing control
- Experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and tracking systems
- Hands-on use of tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
- Experience working across multiple teams (operations, marketing, sales, product, or similar)
- Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and to the point
- Track record of identifying risks early and driving resolution
- Ability to move work forward without waiting for perfect direction
- High attention to detail without slowing execution
- Experience in regulated industries, manufacturing, or multi-state operations is a plus
