Business Analyst

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and strategic goals. Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather and document requirements. Analyze data to uncover business process trends, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement, shaping data-driven problem statements. Act as a liaison between business teams and data analytics professionals, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and business use cases to support solution design and implementation. Work collaboratively with internal data analytics teams to design, test, and refine analytics solutions. Partner with clients to facilitate the adoption of analytics solutions and provide guidance on implementation strategies.
