Load and Balance Technician

Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of load, calibration and testing procedures as required - Document all related work and findings - Ensure all instruments are maintained in proper working condition and calibrated as required - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Provide support and training to end users as needed Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with electronic instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting - Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment - Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols - Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
