About the role
Handling inbound calls and transferring them to the right team based on nature of query.Handling order release activity for assigned business units, ensuring timely processing within defined TAT.Managing shared mailbox and actioning emails within TAT with quality and accuracy.Flexibility to work on Indian public holidays as required, particularly for critical activities such as order release and inbound call handling.Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.Shift TimingsShift time would be 5:30PM to 2:30AMFlexible to work in different shift and extended working hours as per requirement.
